Codemat is a revolutionary and robust camera-based technology that offers quick optical scanning solutions for various industries such as pharmaceutical, FMCG and food. It is installed on the folder gluer machine to provide in-depth barcode inspections, automating scanning and preventing the mixing up of pharma cartons.
How Our Revolutionary Codemat Works?
The user generates a unique pharma code using our PC application ‘’Simply Pharma’’ for every individual product and batch. Furthermore, the pharma codes are printed on the pasting flaps of all cartons. When cartons go through the folder gluer machine, our cutting-edge camera-based technology scans and verifies each of the cartons to match with the database. Moreover, if the machine finds any code differences, mismatches or faulty barcodes, it separates the cartons and generates an error. Our Codemat plays a vital role in preventing the mixing of cartons, offering a seamless supply chain process.
